Welcome to Shine It Clean ("Shine It Clean," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.shineitclean.com (the "Site"), our mobile application (if applicable), and all related services provided by Shine It Clean, including residential and commercial cleaning services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the Site, registering an account, or using the Services, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or Services.
These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Shine It Clean, a Bright White Private Limited Company organized under the laws of India, with its principal place of business at 171, Rassaz Mall , 1st floor Opposite Wockhardt Hospital, Station Road, Mira Road East, Thane 401 107.
1. Definitions

Account: A user profile created on the Site or app for accessing Services.

Booking: A confirmed reservation for cleaning Services via the Site.

Cleaning Services: Professional cleaning for residential (homes, apartments) or commercial (offices, retail spaces) properties, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and deep cleaning options.

Confidential Information: Any non-public information disclosed by one party to the other, including pricing, user data, and service protocols.

Service Fee: The amount charged for Services, including any taxes or surcharges.

User: Any individual or entity accessing the Site or using Services.

User Information: Data provided by you, such as contact details, property address, and payment information.
2. Acceptance of Terms
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use the Services. By using the Site or Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and agree to these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes. We will notify you of material changes via email or on the Site.
3. Access to the Site and Services

Eligibility: You must provide accurate information to create an Account. We reserve the right to verify details and reject or suspend Accounts for violations.

Single Account: One Account per user; multiple Accounts may result in suspension.

Site Access: You may browse the Site without an Account, but Bookings require registration and verification (e.g., via email or phone OTP).

Prohibited Use: Do not use the Site for unlawful purposes, transmit viruses, or engage in fraudulent activity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. Description of Services
Shine It Clean provides on-demand and scheduled cleaning Services for residential and commercial spaces. Services include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and specialized options (e.g., post-construction cleanup). We connect Users with vetted, trained cleaners ("Service Providers").

Residential Cleaning: Tailored for homes, focusing on living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms.

Commercial Cleaning: Customized for offices, stores, and facilities, including high-traffic areas and compliance with health standards.

Exclusions: Services do not include hazardous material removal, pest control, or repairs unless explicitly added as an upgrade.
All Services are performed at your risk. We strive for quality but cannot guarantee outcomes due to varying property conditions.
5. Booking and Payments

Booking Process: Select Services, date, time, and property details on the Site. Bookings are confirmed upon payment.

Payments: Processed via secure third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). You authorize us to charge your payment method for Service Fees, including tips or extras.

Pricing: Fees are quoted at Booking and may include taxes. We may adjust prices with notice; ongoing subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.

Subscriptions: Optional plans for recurring cleanings (e.g., weekly/bi-weekly) with discounted rates. Non-refundable except as specified.

Taxes and Fees: You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Late payments incur fees.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

User Cancellations: Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Within 24 hours, 50% refund; no refund for no-shows.

Service Provider Cancellations: If we cancel, you receive a full refund or rescheduling option.

Refunds: Processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. No refunds for completed Services unless unsatisfactory (see Section 7).

7. User Obligations and Conduct

Provide accurate property access details (e.g., keys, codes) and ensure a safe environment.

Secure valuables and pets before Service Providers arrive.

Report issues within 24 hours post-Service via the Site.

Comply with all laws; do not request illegal or unethical tasks.

You are liable for damages caused by you or your guests.
8. Service Provider Obligations
Service Providers are independent contractors screened by us. They must:

Follow safety and hygiene protocols.

Maintain confidentiality.
We are not responsible for Service Provider actions but will investigate complaints.
9. User Generated Content
Reviews, photos, or feedback ("UGC") you submit grants us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use for marketing. UGC must be accurate and non-infringing. We may remove violating UGC without notice.
10. Intellectual Property
The Site and Services content (text, logos, images) are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy or distribute without permission. You retain rights to your UGC but grant us usage rights as above.
11. Privacy
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy, compliant with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). We may share with Service Providers or affiliates for Service delivery.
12. Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We disclaim liability for property damage, theft, or allergies unless due to our gross negligence. "Vetted" Service Providers are background-checked but not guaranteed.
13. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the Service Fee paid for the specific Booking. We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss).
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of Services, violations of Terms, or property issues.
15. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays due to events beyond control (e.g., weather, pandemics, strikes).
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your Account for violations without notice. Upon termination, outstanding payments are due.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the Courts of Mumbai. We encourage informal resolution first via support@shineitclean.com.
18. Miscellaneous

Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect others.

Waiver: No waiver unless in writing.

Entire Agreement: These Terms supersede prior agreements.
